Skilled Laborer

Brock Built seeks a Skilled Laborer to support homebuilding across our metro Atlanta communities. In this field role, you'll assist superintendents and trade partners with site prep, material handling, basic carpentry, cleanup, and punch-out tasks to keep jobsites safe, organized, and on schedule. You'll help maintain quality standards, follow safety procedures, and support final walkthrough and warranty work. Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and daily jobsite organization
• Support basic carpentry, framing, and light finish tasks as directed
• Handle and stage materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company standards
• Assist superintendents and trade partners to keep projects on schedule
• Perform punch-out, touch-up, and minor warranty repair tasks
• Help maintain home and community quality standards during construction
• Communicate job progress and issues to supervisors promptly
• Support final walkthrough preparations and homeowner-ready presentation
• Collaborate with team members to uphold Brock Built's craftsmanship and community-focused values
