Retail Store Manager

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and customer service in our music-focused retail store. You will oversee staff, drive revenue through instrument sales and rentals, lessons, and accessories, and ensure an exceptional experience for students, parents, and educators. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and local marketing. You'll coach and develop associates, collaborate with school service reps, and maintain accurate reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations and open/close procedures
• Drive sales of instruments, rentals, lessons, and accessories
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach store staff
• Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock accuracy
• Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with school service representatives to support programs
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and manage store budget
