Janitorial Maintenance

Pilot Flying J seeks a reliable Janitorial Maintenance team member to keep our busy travel center clean, safe, and welcoming for drivers and guests. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, showers, and public areas; sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and basic exterior upkeep. You'll monitor supplies, follow safety and sanitation standards, and respond quickly to spills or hazards. In our fast-paced, people-first culture, you'll work as part of a supportive team, receive training, and have opportunities to grow across our travel center and transportation network.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and guest areas to brand standards
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; empty trash and clean exterior walkways
• Restock paper goods, soap, and cleaning supplies; report low inventory
• Inspect facilities regularly and respond quickly to spills or hazards
• Follow safety, PPE, and chemical handling procedures at all times
• Operate basic cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums
• Support a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Communicate maintenance issues to supervisors for timely repair
