Lighthouse CH is seeking a compassionate, faith-driven team member in Williamsburg, NY to invest in the lives of children and families. In this onsite role, you will offer Christ-centered support through mentoring, basic counseling, and practical care. Responsibilities include intake assessments, simple care plans, one-on-one and group sessions, and partnering with families, churches, and community resources. You will document services, help lead outreach events, and uphold child safety. Responsibilities

• Provide Christ-centered emotional and practical support to children and families in Williamsburg, NYConduct intake assessments and create basic care or mentoring plans
• Facilitate one-on-one and small group mentoring or support sessions
• Collaborate with families, churches, and community partners to coordinate services
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of services and progress
• Support outreach events, workshops, and family programs
• Identify at-risk children and connect them with appropriate resources
• Uphold safeguarding and child-protection standards at all times
• Participate in team meetings, prayer, and staff development activities
