Experienced Cadillac Technician / Automotive Service Technician

Carter Myers Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Cadillac Technician / Automotive Service Technician to join our Richmond, VA team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair Cadillac and other vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and ensure high-quality, efficient work. You'll use factory scan tools, follow GM repair procedures, and maintain accurate repair documentation. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Cadillac and other vehicles using factory procedures and scan tools
• Perform routine maintenance services, inspections, and safety checks
• Accurately document all findings, repairs, and recommendations in repair orders
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturer standards in the shop
• Perform test drives to verify concerns and confirm completed repairs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current on Cadillac/GM technologies
