Import Automotive Technician

Carter Myers Automotive Group seeks an Import Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair European and Asian vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities include performing inspections, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and completing high-quality repairs using OEM tools and information systems. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on European and Asian import vehicles
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
• Use OEM and aftermarket scan tools, service manuals, and repair information systems
• Perform engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and electrical repairs
• Estimate repair time and communicate technical findings to service advisors
• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and OSHA safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized work area and properly use shop equipment
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on import technology and systems
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship
• Assist teammates and support a collaborative, customer-focused service culture
