Year Up United's Financial Operations Training Program prepares motivated young adults for entry-level roles in finance and banking. In this intensive, tuition-free program, you'll build skills in Excel, data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting while developing professional communication and workplace habits. Through instructor-led training, real-world projects, coaching, and exposure to corporate partners, you will gain the technical and professional foundation needed to launch a career in financial operations and pursue further education or industry opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Financial Operations training curriculum focused on banking, investment, and corporate finance workflows
• Learn and practice core skills in Excel, data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Support instructors and coaches with class preparation, exercises, and project-based learning
• Complete real-world financial operations projects using industry-standard tools and processes
• Work closely with staff to track learning progress, meet deadlines, and achieve performance milestones
• Collaborate with peers in team assignments, presentations, and simulated workplace scenarios
