Technical Services Representative

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Technical Services Representative to support customers in our manufacturing segment. In this role, you'll provide expert product and application support for paints and coatings, troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely, and recommend solutions that improve quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with sales, operations and R&D, conduct product demonstrations and training, and document technical findings. Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Sherwin-Williams paints and coatings to manufacturing customers.
• Troubleshoot product, process and application issues, recommending corrective actions and documenting results.
• Conduct product trials, demonstrations and training for customer teams and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and R&D to address customer needs and support new product introductions.
• Monitor product performance, gather field data and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Ensure all activities follow Sherwin-Williams safety standards and customer site requirements.
