This one-year, intensive training program combines theoretical learning with real-world experience, providing a unique blend of academic rigor and practical internship opportunities at top companies. Participants will finish the program ready to launch successful careers in business operations, supported by a network of professionals and Year Up's ongoing career services.

Responsibilities

• Attend workshops and seminars to learn core business principles such as project management, operations strategy, and process improvement.
• Participate in a full-time, 6-month internship with a leading company to apply academic learnings in a practical environment.
• Collaborate with peers and program mentors to complete project assignments and enhance teamwork abilities.
