A growing medical group in California's Central Valley is seeking an Otolaryngologist to launch and build a brand-new ENT service line in a community that currently has no local ENT.

With an established referral pipeline and immediate patient demand, you'll have the opportunity to build a busy practice, develop your surgical volume, and become the community's go-to ENT.

Highlights

$500,000 - $525,000+ Base Salary (negotiable based on experience) $40,000 Signing Bonus

$20,000 Relocation Assistance

Build and shape the ENT service line from the ground up

No local ENT within the same healthcare system

Immediate patient volume and established referral base

Call coverage included (flexibility to choose your week)

3-5 clinic days + 2 dedicated OR days weekly

15-20 patients per day

Dedicated clinical and referral support

Surgical coverage at two local hospitals

Six weeks PTO + 401(k)
