Pelican Route Driver/Warehouse Operator

Pelican Brewing Company is seeking a Pelican Route Driver/Warehouse Operator to support our award-winning coastal craft brewery. This hands-on role combines safe, timely delivery of beer and supplies between our Oregon Coast locations with efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading kegs and packaged product, rotating stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping vehicles and storage areas clean and organized. You'll interact with pub teams and wholesale partners, uphold quality and safety standards, and represent Pelican's friendly, guest-focused culture on every route and in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver beer and supplies between locations
• Load and unload kegs, cases, and other materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and verify orders against invoices
• Organize, stock, and rotate inventory in the warehouse to ensure freshness and accuracy
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety, DOT, and company compliance standards
• Support pub and brewing teams with timely, professional service
• Keep warehouse and loading areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
• Represent Pelican's guest-focused, community-minded culture on every route
