Financial Services Representative

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative for our Wilma Rudolph office in Clarksville, TN. In this member-facing role, you will open accounts, process transactions, and match members with deposit, loan, and card solutions that support their financial goals. You'll educate members on digital banking, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Working in a collaborative, community-focused culture, you will promote Altra products, refer lending and business services, and support branch sales goals while delivering exceptional, integrity-driven service.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-branch member service including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Educate members on financial products, services, and digital banking tools
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and card solutions
• Meet or support branch sales, cross-sell, and referral goals
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations
• Resolve member issues and research account discrepancies promptly
• Process loan and credit applications or refer to lending specialists
• Promote financial education and community-focused initiatives
• Accurately handle cash drawers and follow security controls
• Collaborate with branch team to improve member experience and operational efficiency
