Local CDL A Driver

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a safety-focused Local CDL A Driver to support our Elkton, MD operations. In this no-touch freight role, you'll operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on local routes, delivering merchandise to BJ's clubs and facilities while returning home daily. You will perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate electronic logs, and comply with all DOT and company safety standards. Working closely with dispatch and club teams, you'll ensure on-time, accurate deliveries, professional member-focused service, and support our fast-paced, team-oriented logistics environment. Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on local routes to and from the Elkton, MD area
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries of merchandise to BJ's clubs and facilities
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and BJ's safety regulations and policies
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, club teams, and transportation leadership
• Safely maneuver, park, and dock equipment at varied facilities
• Report equipment issues, delays, and safety concerns promptly
• Represent BJ's in a professional, member-focused manner on the road and at facilities
