Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate at Grainger, you'll play a key role in our mission-critical supply chain, supporting customers across industries. In our Warehouse & Manufacturing department, you will accurately receive, pick, pack, and ship MRO products using RF scanners and warehouse systems. You'll operate material-handling equipment, follow strict safety and quality standards, and help maintain clean, organized work areas. Working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you'll contribute to continuous improvement while developing skills and building a long-term career with a trusted industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment safely
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards and procedures
• Load and unload trucks; stage and organize materials in designated areas
• Inspect products and packages for accuracy and damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and service levels
• Support continuous improvement and lean warehouse initiatives
• Follow company policies, including PPE and safety guidelines
