Marvin is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management for non-production categories such as MRO, facilities, IT, and professional services. In this role, you will develop and execute category strategies, run RFx events, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while maintaining quality and service. Partnering closely with operations, finance, and engineering, you'll analyze spend, consolidate suppliers, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute indirect procurement strategies for categories such as MRO, facilities, IT, and professional services
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to drive cost savings and value
  • Manage RFx processes, contracts, and supplier agreements while mitigating risk
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering to align sourcing with business needs
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking for indirect spend
