Suites Manager

Aramark is seeking a Suites Manager for Florida State University to oversee premium seating food and beverage operations. In this role, you will lead suite staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching employees; managing inventory, ordering, and cash handling; coordinating event-day logistics; and partnering with campus and athletic stakeholders. You'll support Aramark's culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while driving operational efficiency and delivering memorable game-day experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium suite food and beverage operations at Florida State University venues
• Lead, schedule, train, and coach suite attendants and service staff
• Ensure outstanding guest service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product presentation to brand standards
• Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
• Coordinate event-day logistics and setup with campus and athletic partners
• Track sales, labor, and cost controls to meet financial targets
• Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures
• Implement Aramark service standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support an inclusive, safe, and team-oriented work environment
