General Manager

As a General Manager with Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will lead a high-volume branch delivering short-term credit, installment loans, and financial services to underbanked consumers. You'll oversee daily operations, cash handling, compliance, and performance metrics while coaching a bilingual team to meet sales and service goals. You'll resolve complex customer issues, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive local growth initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations for consumer lending and financial services products
• Manage, coach, and schedule team members to meet performance and compliance goals

• Monitor branch financial performance, cash handling, and reporting accuracy
