Northwest Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Hospitalist team in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment within the largest healthcare system in Southern Arizona, offering flexible scheduling options and competitive hourly compensation.   • $80/hour Day shifts
  • $85/hour Mid shifts
  • $100/hour Night shifts
Position Highlights
  • Flexible employment options: W-2 or 1099
  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability
  • 300-bed hospital setting
  • Annual inpatient volume: approximately 50,735 visits
  • Internal Medicine and Transitional Year Residency Programs
  • Cerner EMR system
  • Physician-led, collaborative hospitalist team
Qualifications
  • Board-CertifiedPhysician Assistant
  • Active Arizona license or ability to obtain
  • Hospitalist experience preferred
