Subway Food Service Supervisor

As a Subway Food Service Supervisor with Aramark, you'll lead daily operations at a Subway location within our Accommodation & Food Services portfolio. You will supervise and train team members, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include ordering and managing inventory, preparing food to brand standards, handling cash and POS transactions, and resolving guest concerns. You'll model Aramark's culture of service, safety, teamwork, and inclusion while helping staff grow and delivering consistent, positive experiences for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Subway food service operations to meet brand and Aramark standards
• Train, coach, and schedule team members to ensure adequate shift coverage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Prepare food and assemble sandwiches according to Subway specifications
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliations
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize waste and shortages
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and uphold high customer service standards
• Support performance feedback and encourage a culture of teamwork and inclusion
• Complete basic operational reports and communicate issues to management
