Food Truck Operator

Aramark is seeking a Food Truck Team Member to deliver exceptional mobile dining experiences across a variety of client locations and events. In this role, you'll safely operate and support a branded food truck, prepare and serve quality menu items, and provide friendly, efficient customer service. Responsibilities include food preparation, stocking, cash handling, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. You'll work closely with a supportive team, contributing to Aramark's culture of service, safety, and inclusivity while gaining hands-on experience and growth opportunities in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the food truck safely to assigned locations and events
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Aramark quality and safety standards
• Set up, stock, and break down the truck, maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and handle cash and electronic payments
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control protocols
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management
• Support event setup, line management, and crowd flow around the truck
• Accurately follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and timing goals
• Comply with company policies, health codes, and local mobile vending regulations
