PM Service/Prep Cook

ARAMARK is seeking a PM Service/Prep Cook to support our Accommodation & Food Services operations. In this evening role, you'll prepare and cook menu items, set up and break down stations, and ensure meals are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities include following recipes and portion standards, practicing strict food safety and sanitation, logging temperatures, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. You'll work closely with a diverse team in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting Aramark's culture of service, safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while creating great dining experiences for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook PM shift menu items to recipe and portion standards
• Set up, stock, and break down prep and service stations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas
• Assist with dishwashing and basic kitchen cleaning tasks
• Label, store, and rotate food and supplies using FIFO practices
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely, quality service
• Support a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment
• Follow Aramark policies for appearance, attendance, and safety
