Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
Full-time coverage with 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 3 to 6 month assignment with possible extensionVacation coverage option available with 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; schedule discussed with Chief CRNANo CRNA call required; occasional late stay may be needed but is not requiredFloat between three facilities located in DuBois, Clearfield, and BrookvilleWork within a team of 4 anesthesiologists per day and 15 to 18 CRNAs per day under anesthesiologist medical direction at no more than a 4:1 ratioPractice setting includes 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at a CRNA-led endoscopy center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath labApproximately 40 anesthesia cases per day including endoscopy; individual CRNA volume varies by assignment with examples including 10 to 15 GI cases, 6 to 8 cystoscopies, or 3 to 4 general casesProcedures include general, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuroVascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred; OB is optionalOpportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals if desiredPatient population includes adults and pediatric cases; pediatric experience preferred but not requiredCharting via Cerner EMR; Cerner experience requiredActive NBCRNA board certification required along with a Pennsylvania state licenseACLS and BLS certifications requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience requiredFacility:
