Transportation Manager

Aramark is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee transportation operations supporting our food, facilities, and uniform services. In this on-site role, you will manage fleet performance, routing, and scheduling to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery across client locations. You will enforce DOT and company safety standards, supervise drivers and transportation staff, and foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and respect. The manager monitors KPIs, controls costs, partners with site leaders, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead daily transportation operations supporting food, facilities, and uniform services.
• Manage fleet, routing, and scheduling to ensure on-time, cost-effective service.
• Ensure DOT, safety, and company policy compliance across all transportation activities.
• Supervise and develop drivers and transportation staff; promote a culture of safety and service.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and vendor performance; implement continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with site and operations leaders to align transportation with client needs.
