Transportation Manager

ARAMARK is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead fleet and logistics operations supporting our accommodation and food services clients. In this on-site role, you will oversee drivers, routing, and dispatch to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective deliveries. You will manage DOT and safety compliance, coordinate maintenance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across transportation activities. Working within Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and inclusivity, you'll collaborate with operations leaders and have opportunities for growth across our global food and facilities network.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily transportation and fleet operations to support food and facilities services.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
• Ensure strict compliance with DOT, safety, and company policies.
• Manage, train, and schedule drivers and dispatch staff.
• Monitor fleet performance, maintenance, and inspections.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and use data to improve service and cost control.
• Coordinate with operations, culinary, and facilities teams on delivery needs.
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, fuel, and leasing.
• Develop and enforce safety programs and incident response procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization across transportation sites.
