Production Supervisor

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Production Supervisor to manage end-to-end execution of strategic communications and public affairs projects. In this role, you'll oversee timelines, workflows, and quality for advocacy campaigns and integrated communications deliverables, coordinating closely with strategists, creatives, and digital teams. You'll maintain schedules and budgets, anticipate risks, and improve production processes. This role offers close collaboration with senior leaders, broad exposure to policy and public affairs work, and the opportunity to shape high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production of communications and advocacy projects from brief through delivery
• Coordinate timelines, workflows, and resources across design, content, and digital teams
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, brand, and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment
• Track project budgets, vendor work, and schedules; flag risks and propose course corrections
• Translate client and internal stakeholder needs into clear production plans and action items
• Use project management tools to monitor status, dependencies, and approvals
• Support campaign execution across print, digital, and multimedia formats
• Coach and mentor junior team members on production processes and best practices
• Continuously improve production workflows, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with senior strategists to align production with campaign goals
