Production Supervisor

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Production Supervisor to manage end-to-end execution of strategic communications and public affairs projects. In this role, you will oversee workflows, timelines, and quality control for campaigns that influence policy, politics, and public opinion. Partnering with senior strategists and client leads, you'll coordinate digital, print, and multimedia deliverables, manage vendors, and optimize processes. You'll thrive in TSG's collaborative, high-performance culture, gaining exposure to high-impact advocacy campaigns and close mentorship from experienced public affairs professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production of public affairs and strategic communications projects for corporate, nonprofit, and association clients
• Coordinate project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Translate client policy, political, and reputational objectives into actionable production plans and content workflows
• Partner closely with account leads, strategists, and creatives to execute integrated advocacy and public affairs campaigns
• Monitor quality control across deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client goals and brand standards
• Track project performance, generate status reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support vendor and partner coordination for research, digital, and creative production needs
• Mentor junior staff on project execution, prioritization, and best practices in public affairs production
