CDL A Driver

Core-Mark, a leader in North American convenience retail distribution, is seeking an overnight CDL A Driver. In this full-time role, you will safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver food, beverage, and tobacco products to retail locations, ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, maintaining logs, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on overnight routes delivering products to retail customers
• Complete timely, accurate loading, unloading, and verification of freight using manifests or scanners
• Inspect vehicle daily, documenting and reporting maintenance or safety issues per DOT and company policy
• Follow all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and Core-Mark safety procedures
• Maintain delivery schedules, communicate delays, and provide excellent customer service at each stop
• Handle product securely, including refrigerated and fragile items, minimizing damage and loss
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and electronic driver records
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve delivery or routing issues promptly
• Represent Core-Mark professionally, upholding customer-first and integrity-focused culture
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving, safety, and customer service skills
