Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer equipment on assigned routes
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight with excellent customer service
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with DOT, company safety policies, and Hours-of-Service regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations for scheduling and updates
• Monitor freight securement and report any issues or damage
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report maintenance needs
• Uphold Hogan's safety-first, professional driving standards
• Represent Hogan positively with customers and the public
