Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain trucks in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with all government regulations and company policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight as per operational demands and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly inspect vehicle and handle basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Manage route planning and navigation to optimize driven miles and fuel usage.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving times, deliveries, and rest periods as required by state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to report delays, unusual conditions, or other logistical concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service during pickup and delivery, representing Hogan1 professionally at all times.

Required Skills

• Strong driving record with no critical infractions
• Knowledge of national driving regulations and state laws
• Ability to manage routes and schedules effectively
• Good physical condition to handle cargo and minor truck repairs
• Excellent navigational and time management skills
