Via Driver

Via Transportation is hiring Via Drivers to power our tech-enabled, shared transit services. In this role, you'll safely operate Via vehicles to provide on-demand rides, following dynamic routes generated by Via's app. You'll deliver friendly, reliable service, assist riders of all abilities, and represent Via's mission to improve public mobility. Drivers perform safety checks, keep vehicles clean, and communicate with dispatch to resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities

• Safely operate Via vehicles to transport riders on-demand within assigned zones
• Use Via's driver app to follow dynamic routes and schedules accurately
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist riders as needed
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean
• Follow all local traffic laws, safety standards, and Via operating policies
• Communicate promptly with dispatch and support teams about issues or delays
• Report incidents, mechanical problems, and feedback using Via tools
• Adapt to changing demand, routes, and shift schedules in real time
