Delivery Driver

Gopuff is hiring delivery partners to bring snacks, groceries, alcohol, and everyday essentials to customers in minutes. As an independent contractor, you'll use your own insured vehicle and the Gopuff app to pick up pre-packed orders from local micro-fulfillment centers and deliver them quickly and accurately. You'll navigate routes using GPS, verify IDs for age-restricted items, and provide friendly, reliable service at the door. Responsibilities

• Pick up customer orders from Gopuff facilities and ensure accurate, timely delivery
• Safely operate your vehicle and follow all traffic and delivery regulations
• Use the Gopuff app to navigate routes, manage orders, and communicate with support
• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve basic customer delivery issues
• Handle age-restricted items (such as alcohol) in compliance with ID verification laws
• Maintain delivery equipment and keep vehicle clean and presentable
• Monitor app for new orders and optimize routes for speed and efficiency
• Report issues such as delays, vehicle problems, or customer concerns promptly
• Follow all safety protocols for loading, unloading, and transporting goods
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
