Gopuff Driver

Gopuff is hiring delivery partners to bring snacks, groceries, alcohol, and everyday essentials directly from our local micro-fulfillment centers to customers in minutes. As a Gopuff Driver, you'll use your own reliable vehicle and smartphone to accept and complete orders through our app, follow GPS routes, and provide quick, friendly service at the door. You'll verify order accuracy, handle age-restricted items where allowed, and drive safely while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with flexible hours and opportunities to earn more based on performance and demand.

Responsibilities

• Pick up customer orders from Gopuff micro-fulfillment centers and deliver promptly to customers
• Use Gopuff app for navigation, order management, and real-time updates
• Verify orders for accuracy, proper handling, and age-restricted items (where applicable)
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at drop-off
• Follow traffic laws and safety standards while driving
• Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle and smartphone suitable for deliveries
• Communicate with support teams to resolve order or delivery issues
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-demand environment
• Follow company policies for payments, returns, and customer verification
