As an independent partner, you'll use your own vehicle and smartphone to accept orders, navigate efficient routes, and complete safe, timely deliveries. Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from Gopuff micro-fulfillment centers and deliver to customers quickly and accurately
• Use the Gopuff driver app for route navigation, order management, and real-time communication
• Safely operate your vehicle, following all traffic laws and safety guidelines
• Verify orders, handle items with care, and ensure accurate, timely delivery
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at drop-off
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for deliveries
• Follow delivery procedures for age-restricted items (e.g., alcohol) including ID verification
• Communicate delays, issues, or customer concerns through the app or support channels
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as on-time rate and delivery quality
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve processes and customer experience
