Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver customer orders for snacks, groceries, and everyday essentials
• Use Gopuff's app and technology to manage routes, updates, and order status
• Maintain accurate, timely deliveries while meeting quality and safety standards
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at delivery
• Follow all alcohol and age-verification laws where applicable
• Assist with basic inventory checks and restocking at micro-fulfillment centers
• Report issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly to the team lead
• Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and local regulations
• Keep vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and delivery-ready
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve speed and efficiency
