Gopuff Delivery Driver

As a Gopuff Delivery Driver in the Transportation & Logistics department, you'll pick, load, and deliver everyday essentials from local Gopuff facilities directly to customers. You'll use the Gopuff app for navigation, order management, and communication, ensuring accurate, timely, and friendly deliveries. Drivers maintain vehicle cleanliness, follow safety and traffic regulations, and provide excellent customer service at the door. You'll work independently, manage your schedule within assigned shifts, and represent Gopuff's dynamic, inclusive, and innovative culture on every trip.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage customer orders accurately at the local Gopuff facility
• Load, transport, and deliver products safely and on time
• Use the Gopuff driver app for routing, updates, and communication
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at delivery
• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and parking rules
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly
• Handle basic payment or ID verification when required
• Communicate delays, issues, or customer concerns to support teams
• Protect customer privacy and handle orders with care
• Adhere to all Gopuff policies and local delivery regulations
