Safelite is hiring Seasonal Repair Specialists to support increased demand in our vehicle glass repair and replacement services. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with repairing chips and cracks, replacing windshields and other auto glass, and supporting calibration services for modern safety systems. Working both in-shop and in the field, you'll use hand and power tools, handle glass and materials safely, and deliver caring, professional service to every customer. Safelite provides structured training, clear safety protocols, and a team-oriented culture that helps you build technical and customer service skills for future career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform seasonal automotive glass repair, replacement, and chip/crack fixes on cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles
  • Assist with glass calibration services following precise safety and quality standards
  • Operate hand and power tools, adhesives, and glass handling equipment safely and correctly
  • Inspect vehicles, document work performed, and maintain accurate service records
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service, explaining repair processes and safety guidance
  • Support mobile and in-shop service operations, including vehicle and shop setup/cleanup
  • Follow all Safelite safety protocols, PPE requirements, and vehicle handling procedures
  • Load, unload, and transport glass and materials, maintaining inventory and minimizing damage
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily service goals during peak seasons
  • Participate in provided training to build technical, customer service, and safety skills
