Aramark is seeking an Enterprise Data Center Manager to lead the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of our enterprise data centers supporting food, facilities, and uniform services worldwide. In this role, you will oversee infrastructure performance, capacity, and disaster recovery; manage vendors, budgets, and SLAs; and ensure compliance with security and safety standards. You will guide a high-performing team, drive automation and continuous improvement, and partner with business and IT leaders to align data center strategy with Aramark's commitment to service, innovation, and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of enterprise data centers supporting Aramark's food, facilities, and uniform services
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure and hosted applications
- Oversee capacity planning, hardware lifecycle, and disaster recovery readiness
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Coordinate incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with business, IT, and security teams to align infrastructure with strategic goals
- Develop and manage data center budgets and cost-optimization initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule data center staff and third-party resources
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and safety best practices in all facilities
