Local CDL A Truck Driver

Lazer Logistics is hiring Local CDL A Truck Drivers to support yard management, spotting, and shuttle operations for major retailers and manufacturers. In this home-daily role, you'll move trailers safely within distribution centers, perform local shuttles, and complete pre/post-trip inspections. Drivers follow strict safety standards, use yard management technology, and communicate closely with dispatch and operations. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractors for local yard spotting and shuttle moves
• Move and spot trailers within distribution centers and manufacturing yards
• Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and company standards
• Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and yard procedures
• Use yard management and communication technology to receive and complete moves
• Coordinate with dispatch, yard supervisors, and warehouse staff for efficient flow
• Maintain accurate logs and required DOT documentation
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
• Support a safety-first, teamwork-focused culture
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
