Assistant Store Manager

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations of a busy consumer financial services branch. In this role, you'll help lead a small team delivering short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and check cashing to underbanked customers. You will assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance, while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and cash-control standards. The Assistant Store Manager provides hands-on customer service, processes loan applications and transactions, and helps drive sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily branch operations for consumer lending and financial services
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver compliant, high-quality customer service for loans, check cashing, and related products
• Process applications, verify documentation, and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Monitor cash handling, balancing, and store security procedures
• Help ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
• Track sales goals, performance metrics, and contribute to branch growth initiatives
• Resolve customer issues professionally while protecting company and customer interests
• Support marketing and community outreach efforts to grow the customer base
• Contribute to process improvements and help develop a positive, performance-driven culture
