Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient table service in the bistro, following Four Points by Sheraton and Marriott service standards
• Greet, seat, and engage guests, accurately take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery
• Operate POS system, manage checks, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including table setup, resetting, and side work duties
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality order delivery
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and Best Brews offerings, making recommendations based on guest preferences
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and respond promptly to requests or issues
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times
• Support hotel-wide guest experience initiatives and cross-department collaboration when needed
• Participate in ongoing training to uphold brand standards and grow within the Marriott portfolio
