Controls Team Supervisor

Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Supervisor to lead a team of controls technicians supporting our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will coordinate troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of PLCs, HMIs, and automation equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. You will schedule work, drive preventive maintenance, and partner with engineering and production on process improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of controls technicians supporting manufacturing operations
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of PLCs, control panels, and automation equipment
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and product quality
• Partner with engineering and production to implement process improvements and new equipment
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation standards are met for all control systems
• Train and mentor team members, supporting skills development and career growth
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
