Controls Supervisor

Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Supervisor to lead a hands-on team supporting automated manufacturing of premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this onsite role in Warroad, MN, you will oversee PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of controls systems to keep production lines running safely and efficiently. You'll partner with engineering and operations on continuous improvement, mentor technicians, and drive standard work and documentation. Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a controls technician team supporting Marvin manufacturing operations
• Oversee installation, programming, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems
• Ensure reliability of production equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance
• Partner with engineering and production to improve line performance and reduce downtime
• Maintain controls documentation, standards, and change management processes
• Train and mentor team members on controls best practices and safety procedures
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects on automated equipment
• Collaborate with safety and facilities teams to ensure compliance with electrical and safety codes
