Controls Team Supervisor

Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Supervisor to lead a team of controls technicians supporting our manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you'll oversee installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical and control systems on production equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and uptime. You will coordinate with engineering and maintenance on automation upgrades, drive continuous improvement, maintain PLC/HMI documentation, and train technicians. Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a controls technician team supporting manufacturing operations
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and control systems for production equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in a high-volume plant
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Develop and maintain documentation for PLC programs, HMIs, and control panels
• Train and mentor technicians on controls best practices and safety procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate vendor support and manage small automation or upgrade projects
