Sales Representative

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our growing construction and roofing team. In this role, you'll generate new residential and commercial business, conduct roof inspections, and educate property owners on repair and replacement options. You'll manage leads, build relationships, and guide customers through the insurance and project process. Working in a supportive, family-oriented culture, you'll receive training, mentorship, and clear growth paths while helping protect homes and buildings across our Western service areas.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on residential and commercial roofing leads
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and document conditions
• Educate property owners on repair, replacement, and storm restoration options
• Prepare and present roofing proposals to customers
• Guide customers through insurance claim and project approval processes
• Maintain CRM records, pipelines, and activity tracking
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Attend local networking, canvassing, and community outreach events
