Guest Recreation Manager

As Yosemite Valley Guest Recreation Manager at ARAMARK, you'll lead daily operations for guest activities in a world-renowned national park setting. Oversee recreation programs, rentals, and tours while ensuring safety, outstanding service, and smooth logistics. You'll train and schedule staff, coordinate with park and onsite partners, and maintain equipment and facilities. Using Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and inclusivity, you'll create memorable, safe outdoor experiences and support continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guest recreation operations in Yosemite Valley, including activities, rentals, and tours
• Develop and manage safe, engaging outdoor and on-site recreation programs
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise recreation and guest service staff
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, risk management, and emergency response procedures
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with park authorities, vendors, and onsite partners for activities and permits
• Oversee maintenance, inspection, and inventory of recreation equipment and facilities
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for recreation operations
• Implement Aramark service standards, inclusivity, and teamwork practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in guest experience and operational efficiency
