Guest Recreation Manager

As Yosemite Valley Guest Recreation Manager at ARAMARK, you will lead daily recreation operations to deliver memorable guest experiences in a national park setting. Oversee activity planning, scheduling, and safe execution of tours, rentals, and outdoor programs. Supervise and train staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain equipment and facilities. Partner with park and internal teams to enhance programs, manage budgets, and resolve guest concerns. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily guest recreation operations in Yosemite Valley
• Plan, schedule, and oversee outdoor activities, tours, and rental programs
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach recreation staff to deliver excellent service
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain recreation equipment, facilities, and inventory in safe working order
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery to enhance satisfaction
• Coordinate with park authorities and internal Aramark teams on programming
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for recreation operations
• Develop and improve recreation offerings based on guest demand and trends
• Prepare reports on participation, incidents, and operational performance
