The Warren Center, a mission-driven nonprofit serving young children with developmental delays and disabilities, seeks a NATP Program Instructor to lead our Nurse Aide Training Program. This role delivers classroom, skills lab, and limited clinical instruction that prepares students for certification and entry-level care roles. You will design engaging lessons, evaluate learner progress, maintain regulatory documentation, and support diverse learners. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging NATP curriculum to prepare students for nurse aide certification and entry-level healthcare roles
- Provide classroom, skills lab, and limited clinical instruction aligned with state regulations and program standards
- Assess learner progress through tests, skills check-offs, and constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and compliance documentation
- Support diverse learners with accommodations, coaching, and individualized guidance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to align training with client and community needs
- Model professional, ethical, and trauma informed care practices in all instructional activities
- Participate in program development, quality improvement, and community outreach as needed
