- Scope of Work: 20-30 deliveries per month, No NICU, Level 2 OB unit, Onsite MD, 2 midwives, 1 APN, OB coverage, ER consults, No circumcisions, Pager call
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, BC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, min 1 year of experience required, clean files only
