Retail Sales Lead

ARAMARK seeks a Retail Sales Worker Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced accommodation and food service setting. You'll lead a small team of retail staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold store appearance and merchandising standards. Responsibilities include processing transactions, monitoring inventory, assisting with product displays, and resolving customer concerns. Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily retail operations at ARAMARK food and merchandise locations within an accommodation and food service environment
• Coach, guide, and assign tasks to retail sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and store standards
• Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash, and follow ARAMARK's safety and compliance procedures
• Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with merchandising and product displays
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, modeling ARAMARK's culture of service and respect
• Support training of new team members and help enforce operational policies and procedures
