Multi-Service General Manager

As a Multi-Service General Manager at Aramark, you will lead integrated food, facilities, and support services for key client locations. You'll oversee daily operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while managing cross-functional teams to deliver safe, high-quality service. Partner with clients to understand their needs, drive continuous improvement, and uphold Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and inclusivity. You'll coach and develop managers and frontline staff, implement operational standards, analyze KPIs, and ensure positive experiences for guests, clients, and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food, facilities, and support service operations across assigned sites
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet revenue and margin goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations and company standards
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline teams to deliver excellent service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address service needs and feedback
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, audits, and guest/client feedback
• Plan staffing levels, scheduling, and labor utilization to optimize service and costs
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships for multiple services
• Implement corporate programs, policies, and training in alignment with Aramark culture
• Support new business launches, transitions, and special events as needed
